From huge townships to commercial hubs and majestic towers, Avior has to about 300 acre land townships in Talegaon, 4 new projects coming in the city of Pune, 60 acres of celebrity bungalows in Lonavala, and 1L sq. ft. planned across different areas in commercial spaces.
Textiles have always been our strong backbone with 26 showrooms by Dwarkadas Shamkumar in the retail sector. Today we aim to provide quality textiles by expanding to 33 showrooms across Bengaluru and Gurgaon. We are truly exploring new avenues and opportunities.
We have 600 acres of land in Baramati under sugarcane production. Supplying high quality sugarcane for the commercial and industry purposes has been our ace trade! In the automobile sector we have 6 Hyundai showrooms already with 3 more in the making, and 4 TATA units to our credit.

It all began in the year 1993, under SOBA Avior completed 23 projects in important areas of Pune including Bibwewadi, Kothrud and more. The journey actually began from the textile industry, and Avior is a strong player in the industry now too. Here’s a brief timeline of the growth we have achieved.
